Because our jewelry, apparel, and accessories are often one-of-a-kind and it is not always possible to determine if an item has been worn, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an item arrives with a defect due to a craftsmanship error, we will gladly review the issue for repair or replacement, provided replacement materials are available. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item so we can assist you.
